For the relief of John B. Rodgers, of South Carolina.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to John
B. Rodgers, of South Carolina, out of any money in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifteen
dollars and fifty-five cents, being the amount of twenty
pieces of stamp paper purchased by him during the late
war, and not used, nor heretofore returned to the Secretary
of the Treasury.
