For the relief of the legal representatives of Robert Fulton,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he
is hereby, directed to pay, out of any moneys in the trea-
sury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representa-
tives of Robert Fulton, late of Ohio, deceased, the sum of
two hundred and thirty-nine dollars and eighty-two cents,
in full payment for the balance due for work done by said
Robert Fulton, on the sixty-ninth mile of the Cumberland
road, west of Wheeling.
