For the benefit of John Ozias.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the ^Secretary of the^ Treasury1 of the United States is
hereby authorized to pay to John Ozias, out of any money
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated by law, the sum
of two hundred dollars, the amount paid by him on the
thirty-first October, eighteen hundred and thirty-five, for a
quarter section of land which the government had sold to
another; and also to pay said Ozias the further sum of one
hundred and forty-seven dollars, being the interest on said
sum.
