following bill:

For the relief of Mrs. Susan C. Randall.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he
is hereby, directed to pay to Susan C. Randall, widow
executrix of Archibald Randall, deceased, late judge
of the district court of the United States, for the eastern
district of the State of Pennsylvania, out of any money
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of
four thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars, in full sat-
isfaction for the extra services performed by the said
Judge Randall in the circuit court of the United States for
the eastern district of Pennsylvania, for the space of two
years and two months, between the death of Mr. Justice
Baldwin and the appointment of his successor.
