For the relief of the heirs of François Cazeau.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to the legal representatives of François Cazeau, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount appropriated to said representatives and illegally paid in eighteen hundred and seventeen, with interest therefrom, deducting the amount paid to the said Cazeau’s legal repre- sentatives in the year eighteen hundred and forty-four. |
