A BILL
For the relief of Thomas Ap Catesby Jones.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Navy be autho-
rized and directed to restore the name of Thomas Ap
Catesby Jones to the list of invalid navy pensioners, and
to pay him the arrearages accrued and accruing from the
sixteenth August, eighteen hundred and forty-one, the date
of the last payment, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per
month, as awarded by the commissioners of the navy pen-
sion fund, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
