For the relief of William Butler.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is
hereby, required to place the name of William Butler, of
the city of Wilmington, and State of Delaware, on the
roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per
month, and that he be paid at that rate during his natural
life; to commence from the first day of December, eigh-
teen hundred and forty-seven,
