Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here- by, authorized and directed to pay to the guardians of Arte- mas Conant, an invalid pensioner, the arrears of his pen- sion, at the rate of five dollars and thirty-three and one- third cents per month, from the fourth of March, eighteen hundred and thirty, to the ninth of May, eighteen hundred and forty-six. |
