A BILL
For the relief of James Fugate.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the name of James Fugate, a soldier in
the militia of Kentucky during the war with Great Britain,
be placed upon the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of
four dollars a month, to commence on the first day of
January, eighteen hundred and forty-eight.
