For the relief of John Hibbert.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War be, and he is here-
by, directed to place the name of John Hibbert, of Wis-
casset, in the State of Maine, upon the roll of invalid pen-
sions, and pay to the said Hibbert the sum of eight dollars
per month, from the first day of January, anno Domini
eighteen hundred and forty-six, during his natural life.
