A BILL
For the relief of Skelton Felton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of War be required to place
the name of Skelton Felton upon the roll of invalid pen-
sioners; and that the said Felton be entitled to receive the
sum of ten dollars per month during his natural life, to
commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred
and forty-eight.
