BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Francis Hutinack be placed upon the pension Roll, under the act of eighteen hundred and eighteen, and that he be paid the sum of ninety-six dollars per annum, from the fourth day of September, eighteen hundred and forty-three, during his natural life. The Secretary of War is hereby Required to adjust the arrears of pension due said Francis Hutinack, by allowing him ninety-six dollars per annum, from the fourth day of September, eighteen hundred forty-three, deducting therefrom the amounts which have been paid him under the act of eighteen hundred and thirty-two; and that the balance found due said Francis Hutinack on such accounting, shall be paid him out of any money in the treasury and otherwise appropriated.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the pension allowed the said Francis Hutinack, under the act of eighteen hundred and thirty-two, shall henceforth cease and determine.
