BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.

That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Eliza S. Roberts, widow of Moses A Roberts, who was a lieutenant in the eighth Regiment of infantry, in the service of the United States, in the war with Great Britain, on the Roll of invalid pensions, and pay her, semi-annually, at the Rate of seven dollars and fifty cents per month, to commence from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-eight.
