BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Seth Morton, a private in the militia of the State of New York during the war with Great Britain, be placed upon the list of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty seven, to continue during his natural life.
