That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any
money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Christopher H. Pix, of Texas,
the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars, in full compensation for balance due for
rent of house for the district court of the United States, under a contract entered
into by him with John M. Allen, deceased, late United States marshal for the State
of Texas.
