BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.

That the proper accounting officers of the treasury pay,
out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to
the heirs or legal representatives of Joshua Eddy, deceased,
who was a captain in the army of the Revolution, and
a deranged officer, one year’s full pay as captain;
^(^and, also, any balance that may be found due to said Joshua Eddy, in settlement of his account for services rendered while in actual service in the army of the Revolution.^)^
