BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That Photius Kavasales, a Chaplain in the Navy of the United States, of the District of Columbia be, and he is hereby, authorized, from and after the passage of this act, to take and use the name of Photius Fisk; and that the name of said Photius Kavasales be hereafter Photius Fisk; by which name all acts and engagements done or made by him may be enforced, and have the same effect and operation in law, as if his name had originally been Photius Fisk.
