That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of Thomas Flanagan, of Pennsylvania,
on the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month, during
his natural life; said pension to commence on the fifth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and forty-seven.
