BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be authorized to refund to Charles A. Kellett, or his legal representative, five hundred dollars, or such sum as may have been paid to the collector of the port of New York, for tonnage duties and light money on the entry of the Chinese junk “Keying”; and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
