That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of
Francis M. Holton on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars per
month; and that he be paid at that rate during his natural life, to commence from
the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
