BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Israel Bayless, a private in the militia of the State of Kentucky, drafted into the service of the United States during the war with Great Britain, be placed upon the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight, to continue during his natural life.
