BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Eleanora B. Watkins, widow of Gassaway Watkins, the sum of fifty-eight dollars and thirty-five ninetieths of a dollar, with interest thereon from the first day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty, it being the amount called for by outstanding final settlement certificate, letter D, number eighty-two thousand seven hundred and eighty-four, issued August thirtieth, seventeen hundred and eighty-four, by John Pierce, late Commissioner of army accounts, in favor of Gassaway Watkins.
