For the relief of James Dixon.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the proper officer of the treasury be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James
Dixon four hundred and eighty-seven dollars and twenty-
five cents, on account of and in full satisfaction of all his
claims against this government, for certain extra work done
by him in the court-house in the town of Alexandria, then in
the District of Columbia, in the year eighteen hundred
and thirty-nine.
