For the relief of Edmund L. Du Barry.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury be, and the same are hereby, authorized and di- rected to settle and allow the account of Edmund L. Du Barry, a surgeon in the navy of the United States, for pay and rations as such, in conformity with the date from which he has rank by his present commission. The same to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appro- priated. |
