That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the
name of Elizabeth Williamson on the pension rolls of the United States, and allow
her a pension of forty dollars per annum during her natural life, to commence on the
fourth day of September, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, payable semi-annually.
