BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be required to place the name of Polly Aldrich upon the pension roll, and that the said Polly Aldrich be entitled to receive the sum of forty dollars a year, during her natural life, to commence on the fourth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven, in consideration of the services of her deceased husband, Clark Aldrich, (as a private in the revolutionary war) for twelve months.
