BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of John Wilson, of the State of New-York, upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he be entitled to receive a pension, from the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and seventeen, to the twenty-fourth day of January eighteen hundred and thirty-five, at the rate of eight dollars per month.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, The aforesaid pension shall be paid out of any money appropriated for the payment of invalid pensioners, or any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
