By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Robert
Whittet, of the State of New York, upon the roll of invalid pensions, and that he
be entitled to receive a pension from the fourth of September, eighteen hundred and
forty-seven, at the rate of eight dollars per month, during his natural life.
