For the relief of Hubert H. Booly.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the name of Hubert H. Booly, wagon
master in the army of the United States in the war in
Mexico, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the
rate of eight dollars a month, commencing January first,
in the year eighteen hundred and forty-eight, to continue
during his natural life.
