BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Philip Miller, a private in the service of the United States, in the year seventeen hundred and ninety-two, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first of April, eighteen hundred and forty-eight, to continue during his natural life.
