BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Eliphas C. Brown, a soldier in the service of the United States during the war with Florida, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six, to continue during his natural life.
