BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place on the roll of invalid pensioners, the name of Andrew Flanegan, of Fayette, Pennsylvania, a lieutenant in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and that he pay him a pension of seventeen dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, and continue during his natural life.
