Resolved by the Senate and House of Represen- tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of five hundred and sixty-six dollars and fifty-seven cents be allowed to S. B. Elliott, of the United States navy, in full for his claim for services as midshipman and acting purser on board the United States schooner Flirt, in the years eighteen hundred and forty-three and eighteen hundred and forty-four; and that the same be paid to him out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. |
