For the relief of William J. Turner.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he is hereby, directed to adjust the claim of William J.
Turner, for compensation for forage furnished to Captain
Robb’s company of Florida mounted volunteers, in eigh-
teen hundred and forty, while in the service of the United
States, upon principles of equity and justice, and to pay
the amount that may be found due, out of any moneys in
the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
