That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Jesse Sutton, out of any money in the treasury
not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand dollars, for services rendered,
and coal, iron and steel furnished the Texas Indians, as public blacksmith, from
the twentieth of May, eighteen hundred and forty-six, to the twentieth of May, eighteen
hundred and forty seven.
