BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to cause to be placed upon the pension roll, the name of Mary Pike, widow of Ezra Pike, a revolutionary soldier, late of Grand Isle county, and State of Vermont, deceased, and pay her during her natural life a pension of the same amount as was paid to her husband at the time of his decease, commencing on the fourth of March, in the year of our Lord, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
