BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the pension granted to John Haup, who served as a corporal in the volunteer corps, of the State of New York, while engaged in the war with Mexico, and who was wounded in the battle of Chapultepec, be increased to eight dollars per month, from the day on which the pension he is now entitled to commenced, and to continue so increased during his natural life.
