That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Loury Williams out of any moneys in the
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, nineteen hundred and sixty dollars and fifty
cents, being the amount of a certificate, number four thousand and sixty-eight, for
that amount still due and unpaid to the said Williams, under the Cherokee treaty of
eighteen hundred and thirty-five.
