For the relief of Henry Little and Jacob Felch.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there be appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum not ex- ceeding three hundred dollars, to be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury to Henry Little and Jacob Felch, or their assigns, for damage cause to their land on Woodbridge’s island, Merrimac river, in the State of Massachusetts, cause by a breach in the breakwater which the United States built in said river: Provided, that said Henry Lit- le and Jacob Felch, shall present to the Secretary of War satisfactory evidence that the injury to their land was |

caused by the breach in said breakwater; and also the amount of such injury; the sum, however, to be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury, on the warrant or certificate of the Secretary of War, is not to exceed three hundred dollars. |
