reported the following bill:
A BILL
For the relief of the legal representatives of John Mandeville,
deceased

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre-
sentatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled
, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the legal
representatives of John Mandeville, deceased, out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the
sum of three thousand five hundred dollars, the value of a
dwelling-house and out-houses destroyed by the enemy in
the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy-seven,
in consequence of their occupation by the American
troops.
