BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, pay to Mrs. Abigail Stafford, her heirs or legal representatives, two thousand dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for supplies furnished the army in the Revolutionary war, and services rendered by her father Henry Smith, of Massachusetts, to be paid upon the principles of justice and equity.
