BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the name of Isaac Downs, a soldier in the service of the United States, in the late War with Great Britain, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of six dollars a month, commencing the first of January, eighteen hundred and forty eight, to continue during his natural life.
