BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Commissioner of Pensions be, and hereby is, directed to place upon the list of invalid pensions the name of Samuel Graves, who was wounded and totally disabled while serving as pilot on the sloop-of-war Eagle, in June, eighteen hundred and thirteen, on Lake Champlain; and that said Graves be entitled to draw the pension allowed by law from the sixth of February, eighteen hundred and forty-five, when his application was refused by said commissioner.
