BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Thomas H. Noble, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and eighty-four dollars and sixty two & a half cents, it being in full compensation for one thousand nine hundred and sixty-three bushels of charcoal furnished by him to the United States, at fourteen and a half cents per bushel, which was the contract price.
