BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to John Howe, of Ellisburg, in the county of Jefferson, New York, the sum of two hundred and forty-seven dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, it being for the payment of the account of said Howe for labor, services, and rent, on account of a detachment of United States troops stationed at Antwerp, in said county, in January and February, eighteen hundred and seventeen.
