For the relief of Orange H. Dibble.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to Orange H. Dibble, the sum of ten thousand dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full compensation for the balance due for damages sustained by him, in con- sequence of the repeal of the law authorizing the building of a bridge across the Potomac at the city of Wash- ington. |
