BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled.
That the lands heretofore selected under the said act approved August eleventh, eighteen hundred and forty-two, be, and the same are hereby, confirmed for the purposes declared in said act, so far as the same have not ^been^ already disposed of by the United States; and that for so much thereof as may have been disposed of by the United States, any other public land in said State may be selected which is subject to private entry at any price.
