to encourage the introduction and promote the cultivation of tropical plants,’” approved
seventh July, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions of the act, approved Feb- ruary eighteen, eighteen hundred and forty-one, entitled, “An act supplementary to an act, entitled ‘An act to en- courage the introduction and promote the cultivation of tropical plants,’” approved seventh July, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and of the original act to which the same |
