For the relief of the legal representatives or heirs of Captain
John Mountjoy.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of Captain John Mountjoy, of the tenth regiment of the Virginia continental line in the revo- lutionary war, or to the heirs of said Mountjoy, five years’ full pay as captain in said war, the same being the commutation for half pay for life, as provided by law: Pro |
