BE IT ENACTED
By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled.
That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Jacob Boston, of Huntington, Luzerne county, Pennsylvania, on the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of five dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-four, and to continue during his natural life, and to be paid semi-annually.
